		<description>Bradley, great point that understanding your goals is essential to using your time more effectively. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;To take it one step further, I think having an understanding of your life strategy brings two benefits: an ability to better spend your time, and a greater self knowledge - which at the very least helps you understand where your business aspirations fit in your life plans.</description>
